Shipping and returns


The goods are generally sent within 25 days of receipt of payment and are sent by specialized transporter (if it is marble).

Street-level shipping costs are free in the european union and include management, packaging and all-risk insurance charges.

For islands and areas that are difficult to reach (Eg. Venice, high mountain villages, etc.), please ask as delivery may require a supplement.

Keep in mind that due to Brexit, starting from January 2021, for deliveries to the United Kingdom the British recipient will have to pay the duties and VAT by paying them to the courier / post office.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

Normally the transporter collects on Friday to deliver starting from the middle of the following week.

Please note that delivery may take one or two weeks.

The delivery date also depends on external circumstances such as road size, adverse weather conditions and transport disruptions.

In any case, you will be contacted by the specialized transporter to make arrangements for the date and time of delivery.

Check the condition of the goods in the presence of the transporter (he cannot refuse to wait).

If the goods are damaged, please refuse, write "damaged" on the transport document and immediately send us an email to info@tavoli-design.com attaching photos.

We will replace the damaged goods for free as soon as possible.

Complaints regarding damage found after delivery will not be accepted as we have no way of verifying how the goods are handled after delivery.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized.
The products for which the right of withdrawal can be exercised must be returned within 14 days from the day on which the consumer customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories, without any lack.

The transport costs for the return will be charged to the customer.

€ 80 will also be deducted from the reimbursement for checking the status of the goods and repackaging them.

MOVING THE GOODS INTO YOUR BUILDING
Please be informed that, in the case of tables,  lifting and moving the table top will require min. 2 people
depending on its weight and size (see the section “more info” in the product page on our site).


ASSEMBLING TABLE

Some chairs and armchairs arrive at their destination already assembled.

In the case of tables, you will need an electric screwdriver to open the wooden case that contains the table top. It is a simple operation that will take only 5 minutes.

To assemble the table please follow the easy instructions that you will find in the wooden box.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR GOODS

Our merchandise is of high quality and exclusively processed in Italy.
The materials used for all the chairs, armchairs and laminated tables come from Italy.
Some marbles come from foreign slabs.

Clean chairs and laminate tables with non-aggressive detergents.


Although our marble tables are processed with special products that slows down the absorption of liquids and
reduces the risk of stains, substances such as water, wine, lemon, coffee, beverages and food may produce
permanently stains on the table top if they are not removed immediately.
We therefore suggest using a plastic transparent tablecloth during meals to avoid any damages to the table
surface.
Clean the marble table top with a wet cloth water only.
